How AI credits work
- Only AI actions use credits. A chat message with Nexa costs 12 credits, the expert model costs 30, and voice mode costs 40 per minute. Reading, sending, and organizing your email never uses credits.
- Every plan includes credits each month. Included credits reset monthly. Your 7-day trial comes with 1,000 credits so you can try everything.
- Background intelligence is free. To-do extraction, morning briefings, and smart replies are part of your subscription: they never touch your credits.
- Need more? Top up any time. Credit packs: €5 for 500, €10 for 1,100, €20 for 2,400. Purchased credits never expire and are only spent after your included credits run out.
